Susan Schilling Legacy Award Presented to Dan Ronk, Former New Tech H.S. Principal
RE@L is pleased to note that another one of our Management Team, Susan Schilling, was featured in the national news recently. The award was made at New Tech Network Annual Conference in New Orleans.
The annual Susan Schilling Legacy Award was presented in New Orleans to Dan Ronk, former Principal at Rochester, Indiana New Tech High School. The New Tech model calls for a one-to-one student to computer ratio, project-based course work that combines some classes, parental involvement and the requirement of at least 12 hours of college credit to graduate.
In accetping his award, Mr. Ronk also recognized RE@L’s Susan Schilling: “I am honored to have known and worked with Susan Schilling for years,” said Ronk at the ceremony. “This award is truly made possible by all of the fantastic teachers who are making a difference in children’s lives.”
With the help of Susan’s many K12 tech skills, RE@L intends to do just that. Making a difference is what RE@l is all about. Thank you Susan, we are pleased to have you as a member of our team!
